All quotes provided are estimates based on described job scope. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before any work begins. You must approve the final price before our crew commences junk removal. No work begins without explicit customer approval.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Venmo. For commercial accounts, invoiced payment terms are available with prior approval.
We do not remove hazardous materials including but not limited to: paint, chemicals, motor oil, propane tanks, asbestos, biohazardous waste, or any materials requiring specialized disposal permits not held by Cherry Hill Junk Removal.
Customer grants Cherry Hill Junk Removal reasonable access to the property for the purpose of junk removal. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property.
Appointments may be cancelled at no charge with 2+ hours notice. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may be subject to a $25 service fee.
